I had the awesome pleasure of interviewing, local San Diego mompreneur, Alegra Loewenstein. I was a bit nervous to interview a health coach because, let’s get real, I struggle so much with healthy eating. I’m one of those over thinkers who plans to make a pinterest worthy meal and fails miserably.***insert frowny face***
I digress. Alegra is a certified health coach as well as nutritional counselor. She’s a lovely member of our #richmom community so she definitely is juggling family and business and understands the struggle is real. A wife and mom of two boys…bless her. She’s got all the street cred when it comes to juggling business and family while keeping them eating healthy. If you implement her basic tips they will definitely be life changing.
